York Nordic strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a return or exchange via our Returns Center. We will review and work with you to resolution. If your request is approved you will be able to download and print a return label to attach to your package at no cost to you.

If you would like to return your product for a refund, keep in mind that returns are not allowed after 30 days and are subject to a review for potential product damage.
